Watching Instagram comments
In the morning the Reel is quiet; by evening “is this expensive?” sits at the bottom. A later collection of the same post charges only new ids, on refresh and if you paste the link again.
What is charged
A saved analysis remembers ids already seen. A refresh appends new comments and replies. Old ones are not billed again.
How this is not an alert
Watch refreshes the list. An alert is a signal outward when a new line contains a word. Those are different pages.
