Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Trendilens (trendilens.com) collects when you use the website, the workspace and the API, and how that information is used. The product interface may also appear as Social Lead Monitor.
Who we are
Trendilens is operated by Chebanenko Volodymyr Mykhailovych, an individual based in Ukraine. We are the controller of account data. Card payments are processed by Creem, which acts as Merchant of Record.
What we collect
We collect the email and name you provide at signup or through Google sign-in; a password hash if you use email login; the post URLs, comments and analyses you run; API tokens you create; comment-pack balances; and technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
We use this data to provide the product, deduct comments from your pack, send transactional email (verification, password reset), prevent abuse and keep the service reliable. We do not sell personal data.
Payments
Pack purchases go through Creem (creem.io), our Merchant of Record. Creem handles the charge, the invoice and any VAT or GST. We receive payment confirmation, a customer id and pack metadata so we can credit your account. We do not store card numbers.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for the signed-in session (access, refresh and CSRF). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing pixels.
Who we share with
We share data with the hosting and infrastructure providers that run the site, with Creem for checkout, and with Google if you sign in with Google. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while the account exists. Saved analyses stay in your library until you delete them or the account is closed. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and debugging.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your account data by emailing support. Residents of the EEA and the UK also have GDPR rights, including access, erasure, restriction, portability and the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, hashed passwords and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Children
The service is for business users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page. The date at the top is the current version.
