Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Trendilens at trendilens.com. The product interface may also appear as Social Lead Monitor.
The service
Trendilens is a SaaS tool: you paste a public TikTok post URL and receive post metadata for free. After you buy a comment pack you can collect the comment list, search it, save analyses, refresh them on a timer and call the same features over an HTTP API. Nothing physical is shipped. Access appears in the workspace as soon as payment succeeds.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older and provide an accurate email. You are responsible for the account and for any API tokens you create. Do not share tokens.
Comment packs and price
You buy prepaid comment packs in US dollars. The current packs are 10,000 comments for $7, 50,000 for $28 and 150,000 for $70. An analysis deducts the number of comments actually collected. The site may show a higher crossed-out list price; the amount charged is the lower figure.
Payments and tax
Checkout is provided by Creem as Merchant of Record. Creem may add tax at checkout depending on your country. After a successful payment we credit the pack to your account. Invoices, receipts and chargebacks are handled by Creem.
Acceptable use
Use the product to analyse posts you own or are authorised to analyse — typically your own marketing posts. Do not use it to harass people, break the law, attack the service, collect private or restricted content, or resell raw platform data as a dump. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Third-party content
Comments and media URLs come from the source platform as public post metadata. You are responsible for complying with that platform's terms and with copyright when you export, download or reuse any media, including sound. We do not grant you a licence to the underlying TikTok content.
API
The public API is subject to the same packs, rate limits and these terms. Sandbox endpoints are for testing with fixtures only.
Intellectual property
The Trendilens software, site copy and brand are ours. You keep rights in the post URLs you submit. Analysis output in your library is yours to use for your business, subject to third-party rights in the underlying comments and media.
Availability
We aim to keep the service working but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Collection can fail when the source platform changes.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Creem under their buyer policies. Unused comments are not automatically converted to cash.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for comment packs in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page.
