You pay for volume: an analysis charges exactly as many comments as it actually collected.
Sign up and get a free limit on comments from a post: up to 60 comments, no more than 20 per post and no more than 3 posts. Post metadata is free both on the site and through a token — see the API documentation.

Times are typical for a public post with 1–2k comments and replies. About 500 comments is usually faster. We do not collect private accounts. Packs start at $7 for 10,000 comments; unused volume stays on the balance. Metadata, the workspace, watching and the REST API have no subscription.
