Instagram comments to Excel
Sales wants “a table like Excel”. It gets author, text, parent, time. A carousel frame does not become a column — it is not in the data. Sheets opens a downloaded file; it is not subscribed to the post.
Safe columns
- author, text, parent, time, likes
What is charged
The card metadata is free. Table rows come from the comment pack shared with TikTok and Threads.
