AI analysis of comments
When a post has thousands of comments, reading them in order makes no sense. Save the post, run AI and “AI is watching” — the service then analyses what is new and calls you only when you should step in.
How it works
Collect comments as usual first. Then run AI in the inspector: a cheap model labels non-empty texts, a smarter one writes a short brief and 3–7 recommendations with quotes.
Empty messages and emoji-only notes are skipped. A sticker or photo with no text is still labelled. Nicknames and media URLs are not sent to the model.
- Topics, sentiment and intents (buy, price, shipping, question)
- A brief and recommendations that jump to the comment
- Your own focus line in the brief — up to 300 characters
- Watching only new ids; the previous snapshot is extended
Save the post and stay out of the thread
One full AI run, then auto-refresh and “AI is watching”. Each tick labels only new comments and replies, not all 5,000 again.
Telegram gets one digest if a topic grew, your query matched, or it is time to reply. An empty tick stays quiet.
How it is billed
Collection is charged as before. AI is separate from the same pack: 1 credit per 5 labelled texts, minimum 50 on the first full run. Watching has no minimum. Before you start you see how many credits will be spent and how many will remain.
Frequently asked questions
Can I try AI comment analysis already?
Yes. After comments are collected, the inspector has a Run AI button. Watching turns on only after a complete run exists.
Does the model read every comment?
Every non-empty text is labelled. The brief is written from topics and quotes, not from 5,000 raw lines in one go.
Where does the text go?
To OpenAI in the United States — comment text only, no nickname, avatar or media URL. Details are in the privacy policy.
